Surface preparation removes rust, dirt, and deteriorated paint films from the substrate, and the formed irregularities greatly enhance the adhesion of the paint. ◎Blast (Shot Blast/Type 1 Keren) By spraying compressed air at high pressure along with particles called abrasive materials, it removes dirt, grime, and paint from the surface by impacting the product. However, defects caused by the application environment may require capital investment or process changes. Nevertheless, by adjusting processes according to weather conditions and managing delivery schedules, troubles can be avoided.
